VES (Visual Effects Society) Adayları ’25

Avatar: Fire and Ash

Oscar’dan önce adaylarını öğrendiğimiz son meslek gruplarından biri VES (Visual Effects Society). Görsel efektte yılın en iyilerini seçen dernek, 25 Şubat’ta sahipleriyle buluşturacakları ödüllerine tahmin edildiği üzere en çok Avatar: Fire and Ash‘i aday etmiş. James Cameron’ın gişe rekortmeni serisi toplamda 10 adaylık alırken onu da 4’er adaylıkla The Lost Bus ve Superman takip etmiş. Akademi’nin görsel efekt branşı tarafından da kısa listede sıralanan The Lost Bus‘ı tahminlerimize dahil etmemiz gerekiyor sanki. Superman ve Wicked: For Good‘u ana kategoriden iterek yerini kapmayı başarmış çünkü. Bunların haricinde AMPAS’ın listesinden Frankenstein ve The Electric State‘in de sıfır çektiğini not düşeyim.
