Critics’ Choice televizyon ve film ödüllerini bir ayırıp bir birleştirmeye devam ededursun, belgesel ödülleri ayrı bir etkinlik olarak varlığını sürdürüyor. Bu sene de Free Solo’ya 6, Minding the Gap ve Wild Wild Country’e 5’er adaylık vererek Oscar yarışıyla ilgili ilk ipuçlarını vermişler. Gerçi Akademi, kişisel öyküleri alkışlamak yerine “önemli” hissettirene yönelmeyi tercih ediyor. Dolayısıyla bu üçlü, AMPAS tarafından kısa listeye dahi alınmazsa pek şaşırmayacağım.
